1. What is one way to address the problem posed in the scenario, and what are the next steps?
Invite ANY interested teacher to become a member of the technology committee and attend its meetings. I guarantee that few teachers will accept the invitation, and those who don't will have no basis for complaining. Those who DO join the committee will have a better understanding of the issues surrounding distribution of tech dollars, and a greater appreciation of the equitability of distribution. (John K)
